"Sheila has been training and teaching in Ju Jitsu for over 35 years. She has been personally responsible for developing a number of International and National Champions.
She teaches over 10 classes a week and taught/ trained all over the world including Japan, Okinawa, USA, South Africa and extensivly in Europe.
